Basic History
Ken Collins’ Web Site began on December 5, 1995 and received its domain name
on September 10, 1996. Ken Collins is an ordained minister of the Christian
Church (Disciples of Christ) with a Master of Divinity degree from Wesley
Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. He is the pastor of Garfield Memorial
Christian Church in McLean, Virginia.
Basic Beliefs
Ken Collins affirms that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ,
and that we are saved in order to serve (Ephesians 2:8-10). He affirms the
death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ, and Jesus’ lordship over
all things. He looks forward to the resurrection on the last day.
In his Web site, Ken Collins attempts to represent the Universal Church rather
than just his denomination. The material is ecumenically broad and historically
